Christina Dockter: President & CEO
Christina Dockter President & CEO was raised on a dairy, livestock and grain family farm, and currently operates a purebred and commercial beef operation with her husband and four children, giving her a great deal of background in agriculture.
In 1999 she was hired as the Bookkeeper at ICS. Through the next few years her duties expanded, giving her the opportunity to work not only in accounting, but also as the coordinator for the President and CEO and then as a Customer Care Specialist. In 2002, Christina became the Director of Corporate Operations and joined the Board of Directors, where she now serves as President. As of January 2005, Christina served as one of the ICS’ Senior Executive Partners until 2011 when she became the President & CEO. She is responsible for overall company-wide quality assurance, program administration, corporate operations, and FARRMS liaison.
Christina believes in the future of our youth and the impact they will have in the future of agriculture. She is on the local Vocational Agriculture Advisory Board, a 4-H organizational leader, and the co-leader for the North Dakota Junior Gelbvieh Association.

Marlene Ells: Business Development Team Leader

the company in December 2006 as the Business Development Team Representative
and moved to the Business Development Team Leader in 2010. She has experience and knowledge with
foodservice distribution and food brokerage companies. Marlene
has also conducted training seminars and coordinated food shows along with her
extensive sales experience.
Ethel Heinle: Office Coordinator
Ethel provides support to the Senior Executive Partners and to the Business Development Team, along with maintaining smooth functioning of the office, answering telephones, maintaining personnel schedules, and ordering supplies. Ethel was hired in May 2002 and comes to ICS with a secretarial Associate degree and previous office experience. She and her husband operate a beef cattle farm.
Janine Hofmann: Certification Team Leader
Janine is a member of the Certification Team and serves as the liaison between the Certification Team and the Core Team. Janine was hired in May 2002 as a Customer Care Specialist and moved into the Certification Team Leader position in February 2007. She is a graduate of Medina High School, has bookkeeping experience, and has worked as an Assistant Supervisor for the US Government Census. She and her family operate a small certified organic grain farm.
Lacey Kreft: Staff Reviewer/Inspector
Lacey joined ICS in 2009. She brings experience in farming and livestock. Lacey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal and Range Sciences. Lacey works closely with the Certification Team in reviewing folders against the various requirements and providing inspections.

Sherri Iszler: Customer Care Specialist, non grower team
Sherri was hired in September 2005 and brings experience in broadcast operations management, customer service and communication.
She provides certification guidance and support to her portfolio of clients.

Dawn Krapp: Quality Control and Accounting Specialist
Dawn joined the company in October 2005. Her Quality Control responsibilities include accreditations and registrations; document creation and revisions. She is also responsible for accounts receivable and month-end financials, along with other functions of the accounting department. Dawn brings experience in customer service, communication, organization, and accounting.
Jami Reister: Certification Team Coordinator
Jami was hired in October 2009. Jami has an Accounting Associates Degree and Medical Administrative Degree. She brings experience in customer service and production line processing. Jami provides support to the Customer Care Specialists and the Certification Team.
Deb Rettig: Administrative Team Leader
Deb has been with the company since 1994. She grew up on a family farm and later earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She has experience in lending and finance as well as payroll, budgeting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. In addition to overseeing the company finances, she also serves as the leader for the Administrative Team.
Cindy Schlecht: Customer Care Specialist, producer team
Cindy was hired in 2009. She brings experience in dairy, organic grain farming and as a teacher. Cindy provides certification guidance and support to her portfolio of clients. Cindy and her husband operate a livestock and organic grain farm.
Tammy Schlecht: Customer Care Team Leader
Tammy has been with ICS since 1998 and was hired as the Business Assistant. She was later promoted to the Business Coordinator position. She then moved to the Certification Department and became the Inspection Coordinator. Tammy now serves as the Customer Care Team Leader. Not only does she provide team leadership, but she also performs Customer Care Specialist responsibilities for her portfolio of clientele. She lives on a grain and beef farm.
Sarah Townsend: Customer Care Specialist, Hawaii Specialist
Sarah was hired in 2010. Sarah brings experience as the Certification Coordinator for an USDA NOP accredited certifier, an organic inspector, consultant and in organic garden production. She provides certification guidance and support to her portfolio of clients along with reviewing folders against the various requirements and providing inspections.
Tessa Tripp: Customer Care Specialist, producer team
Tessa was hired in July 2008 as a Certification Team Coordinator and moved into the position of Customer Care Specialist. She brings educational experience in Crop and Weed Science and National Resources Management. She provides certification guidance to her portfolio of clients.
Jessica Williams: Customer Care Specialist, non grower team
Jessica was hired in February 2008 and brings experience in customer service and management. Jessica provides certification guidance and support to her portfolio of clients.
